"Be aware, a form of scam."
I initially paid $29. A few minutes later I called Tmobile and they unlocked my phone immediately, over the phone. I asked for a refund and they didn't offer it, after 2 days they asked me for another $180 to give me I don't know what unlock code. Be careful, the money they ask for at the beginning is not all they want, others will ask you too. I only lost $29.

"There should be a price on the front…"
There should be a price on the front page. Yes they can unlock it but having you go in three stages unless you know your carrier it’s only two stages then. And the final price is $52 after already paying 6.99 to discover your carrier And then $15 to make sure there’s no contracts, it’s deceiving. I couldn’t find the price listed anywhere when I started, very annoying and makes most people think dishonesty.

This company is very deceptive. I refuse to pay a second fee. Especially since when I checked the first it said total. Nothing about eligibility first. Now these reviews even make it worst.

"Beware Mobile Unlocked a SCAM!!!"
Everyone beware, Mobile Unlocked is a SCAM!!!
I paid them £17 for my phone to be unlocked. Just over 24 hours later I receive an email request for another £30. Then they say they threaten not to release my phone for the next 14 days. I intend to take the matter up with the trading ombudsman. I could've got it done on the high street for £20. I wrongly thought I could do it from the convenience of my home.

"Customer support"
Just wanted to give a quick review of customer support. It's taking much longer than projected to deliver my unlocks. On a positive note tho. I emailed customer support and they responded immediately. So I'm feeling positive that my orders will be delivered based solely on the quick response time from customer service.
